On February 24th, Chickasaw High School played the season opener against Theodore High School. Jamie New pitched this historic first varsity softball game for the Lady Chieftains. Despite a 16-1 loss, the Lady Chieftains walked away with two hits by Makylia Jones and Jamie New. Jamie’s hit scored the only run for the Chieftains.
